Schematic Design Initial sketches and layouts, refined across a series of design meetings.
& Documentation Detailed drawings, elevations, and material selections for construction.
Design Full space planning through FF&E, inspired by craft and artistry.
& Construction Admin. Overseeing execution, timeline, and budget from groundbreak to move-in.
Timelines are indicative — high-end residential work in particular moves through several rounds of design meetings before drawings are finalized. We'll give you a project-specific schedule after our first conversation.
